100MM POLY CAMLOCK TYPE D

Made from Polypropylene, these camlock fittings are recommended for use with Fire Fighting pumps and where you want to connect or disconnect fittings easily and quickly. Simple to install, just close the handles and the locking mechanism is engaged. High quality at a very economical price, all our polypropylene camlock fittings are manufactured to close tolerance.

1. To make a cam connection, simply slide the adaptor into the coupler until it bottoms out. Then with normal hand pressure press the camlock levers down. Using the pin will lock the arms in position.
2. Disassembly is as quick and simple as assembly. Just liftthe arms and remove the adaptor.
3. To make a hose connection simply insert the hose over the fitting until the end of the hose butts up against the body of the fitting.
4. One or two pipe clips should be used to complete the joint>
