PHILMAC 25MM POLY FOOT VALVE

Philmac foot / non-return valves have been successfully servicing the Australian market for more than 20 years. They are now available in a new and improved format, the new model retains all the benefits of the previous model, but with further improvements in the lifespan of components and flow rate of water through the valve. Easily converted into a non return valve with the removal of the strainer. This Philmac valve is the perfect choice for preventing back flow in the pipe, so to not drain back and cause damage to pumping equipment.

This valve features:

• Low pressure shut-off  –  Designed to seal off at 20 kPa, making them well suited to gravity feed systems.
• Multi-position installation  –  The valve has been designed to work in either vertical or horizontal positions.
• Piston & Seal  –  Redesigned piston shaft minimises the wear on the piston significantly when compared to the previous model, bringing major improvements to the lifetime of the valve. The seal remains the same proven design which allows it to reliably seal at low pressure.
• Flow Path  –  Improved flow path, minimising turbulent zones.
• High Pressure Rating  –  Foot and non-return valves are rated at 1600kPa to meet the requirements of high pressure systems.
• Quality materials  –  Made from Thermoplastic material which have excellent imact, UV and corrosion resistance. It is non-toxic and taint free.
